Sephora VIB Sale Haul + First Impressions

Hey guys! My Sephora VIB Sale order has finally come in! I ordered one of the last days of the sale which is why it took so long to come in. I usually do full reviews on the products, but since it took so long for the products to arrive I thought it best to just do some first impressions so I could get this post up asap.

Photo 2020-05-22, 12 02 08 PM

The first product is a Beauty Blender set! I’ve mentioned this before but every sale I always buy a new Beauty Blender. They are great sponges and I use them almost every time I do my makeup. This one came with a red sponge and a solid cleanser. It’s a good deal because it’s the same price as a regular Beauty Blender.

The next product is the one I was waiting for the most! I got the OLEHENRIKSEN Truth Juice Daily Cleanser. I finished my other OLEHENRIKSEN cleanser the other day so it was great timing. I tried it this morning and I think I like it. It smells like orange which I love. It lathers up nicely and left my skin feeling soft. I need to try this cleanser a bit more to say whether I love it or not, but so far so good.

I got two eyeliners. The first is the Tarteist Double Take Eyeliner in the shade Brown. I have been wanting a brown liquid eyeliner. I thought this one would be good because it also has a pencil on the other end. Now this is a felt tip, which I’m not as good at using. But I was able to create a pretty good wing with it. But I will say it’s darker than I expected. I think I like this and will get some good use out of it.

The second eyeliner I bought was the Makeup Forever Artist Color Pencil in the shade Boundless Bisque. I like to put white in my waterline, but sometimes white can be a little too bright. I thought this nude would be a good shade. And I was right! I used the pencil and it make my eyes just look so awake and bright. I’ve only had it in my waterline for two hours but it’s still there! I think I will like this liner.

The final product is the Milk Makeup Matte Bronzer. I have heard so many good things about this bronzer and have had it on my wish list for awhile. I thought now was the perfect time to get it ahead of summer. I’ve only used it once but I am already it love. This bronzer blended out so easily. I also love that it’s a matte formula. I find that sometimes creams can make me look greasy, but this one just looks so natural. It’s also a great shade match for me. OH I LOVE THIS ALREADY!

And that is my Sephora VIB Sale haul. Let me know in the comments what products you guys got during the sale!

I tried the Decades Challenge

Hey guys! Here I am doing another TikTok challenge. Sorry guys but I am obsessed with the app and find it so fun. This challenge was to create a look starting from the 1950s to the 2000s. I thought it would be fair to share the results and also explain some of the thoughts when creating the looks.

1950’s Glam

I feel like this is something my grandmother would wear. I even put on her pearls for the photos!

1950s makeup is a combination of light and natural and heavily applied makeup. The eyebrows and base makeup are both very light, with just a little blush. The eyes are just lined on the top with black and a heavy coat of mascara is applied. During the day most women would wear nudes or pinks, but I decided to go for a glam red.

It’s hard to tell in the photo but I tried to do a little swirl with my hair. 1950s hair is generally pretty complicated. I had only three bobby pins so I was limited to what I could do. I finished the look with a basic black collared shirt.

1960s Mod

When I showed my mom the final look, she said I reminded her of my great-aunt. She said all I was missing was blue eyeshadow haha!

There were many different makeup trends, but I decided to go for a mod look because it’s the most dramatic. The eyebrows are probably the only not over the top part of the look. The base is extremely matte and powdered, and generally a share lighter than your natural skin tone. The eyes in the focal point of the look. A line is drawn above the crease and the lid is either white or blue. False lashes are optional but common. The waterline is usually white. On the bottom of the eyes are fake lashes drawn in with eyeliner. The look is completed with a very pale lip.

I decided to complete the look with a polka dot headband and a turtle neck.

1970s Natural

My mom was a tween/teen in the 1970s, and this is a look she would rock. The 1970s was a decade of social activism and with that many women embraced a more natural face after the heavy makeup of the previous decade.

The eyebrows were big and bushy. I kept my base very light and applied a peachy blush. I added some faux freckles because I felt like it added to the natural look. I added a bit of mascara and a lip balm and I was done.

Now I would have loved to do a Farrah Fawcett style hair but there was no way I would be able to pull that off. So I went with straight hair because it was popular to have long straight hair. I finished this look with a crochet knit top that was my mom’s and vintage. My mother’s chest was way smaller than mine and probably fit her better though haha.

1980s Bright Neon Workout Makeup

When I showed my mom my look, she said I needed to add more blush haha!

Makeup in the 1980s was big, bold and bright. Big brows continued from the 1970s. Purple, blue and pink were some of the favourite eyeshadow colours, so I added all three to my lid. Big false lashes were also common, so I applied my biggest pair. Blush was applied with a heavy hand to the cheeks, temples, nose and chin. I finished the look with a pink lip. I would have loved a neon fuchsia, but I don’t own any.

I finished my look with a pink sports bra and a high pony in a scrunchie. My mom was super into exercising  in the 1980s and was an aerobics instructor, so this felt appropriate to my lineage.

1990s Grunge

If I was a teen in the 1990s I feel like I would be in the grunge scene. When I was a teen I often wore oversized jean or plaid shirts. I loved dark floral and was getting more and more into rock music. So it only made sense that I did a grunge look for the 90s.

Thin eyebrows were huge in the 90s, but I wasn’t going to sacrifice my brows for this photo ahaha. I made them super dark and almost look like they were pencil-ed on. Dark eye makeup with lots of black eyeliner was popular with the grunge look. There was two popular lip looks in the 90s. The first was dark browns or reds and the other is lining your lips in a different shade than the lipstick. So I combined the two with a brown lip liner and a nude lipstick.

I finished the look with a vintage jean shirt I own. Having front pieces hang out from a ponytail is a look that was common in the 90s and is currently making a comeback. I like this 90s look might be my favourite.

2000s Teen Movie

I was a kid/tween in the 2000s, so this makeup is what I saw on tv. Some of my first makeup products were lip gloss and sparkly blush.

Blue sparkly eyeshadow started in the 90s and continued into the 2000s. Eyebrows were also thin, but I’m not messing with my brows for this post. The base was usually very tan sometimes orange looking. Lots of bronzer and blush was applied. And no 2000s look was complete without lipgloss.

Light pinks and purples were popular colours, so I threw on this purple top. 2000s hair was crazy. I was inspired by the great Lizzie McGuire to do this clip with hair sticking out.

And those are all my looks. I hope you enjoyed this, I had so much fun doing in. Let me know if there are any other challenges you think I should try out.

Products of the Month – May 2020

Hey guys! Today I am sharing my thoughts on my April products of the month and revealing the products I have selected for May. The point of this series is to rediscover products in my makeup collection and to get some use out of them.

Photo 2020-04-03, 12 12 50 PM

The first of my products is the Cover FX Illuminating Setting Spray. I have come to realize there is a reason why I don’t use this spray very often. They spray on this sucks. It leaks so there is setting spray all over the bottle. There is also glitter particles in the spray so it also gets stuck and makes the spray sputter. It’s also such a fine mist that I have like I have to hold it close to my face, with increases the chance of getting droplets all over my face. The formula isn’t bad but makes me really dewy. So this is nice on top of matte makeup, otherwise it becomes too much. Overall not impressed and I stopped using it because I didn’t like it for everyday use.

The other product was the Wet n Wild Rose in the Air Eyeshadow palette. This is one of the best drugstore palette is my opinion. The shimmers are quite medicore, but I have so many shimmers that it’s okay. The mattes make up the majority of the palette and they are great. I was able to create so many looks, where are two that I photographed. I like the mix of warm orangey shades and more neutral pinks. Also did I mention it’s under $10? Ya this palette is great.

Photo 2020-05-08, 1 11 42 PM

Now for my May products I decided to choose three. For my palette this month I decided to pick a blush palette. I picked the Alamar Cosmetics Colorette Blush Trio in Medium/Tan (I got it in my Boxycharm and they sent me this one, would have liked the light one but oh well). I love blush but always forget to reach for my palettes. And I feel like spring is such a great time to use lots of blush. Excited to play with this palette.

The next are two lip products. I decided to pick both a lipstick and a lip gloss so I have some options. I’ve had both of these for quite awhile and they are probably expired but all the more reason for me to use them up. The first is the MAC Cremesheen Glass. The shade I own is discontinued (Calypso Beat) but the shade Boy Bait is similar. The second is the Maybelline Color Sensational The Mattes in the shade 655 Daringly Nude.

And those are the products I have selected. Excited to try and get some use out of them. Let me know if you have tried any of these products and your thoughts on them.

My Fave Youtubes

Hey guys! So I watch a ton of Youtube. Like in university I would watch Youtube whenever I ate a meal and whenever I wanted a study aka all the time. Now I watch a variety of Youtubers, but today I am sharing some of my favourites. The ones I will be sharing today are all beauty and fashion/lifestyle. If you are curious what some of my other fave Youtubers are, let me know and I can always do a part two!

Photo 2019-08-01, 5 19 19 PM

Probably My Favourite Youtuber – Allegra Shaw

I have a lot of favourites, but I think Allegra Shaw might be my favourite. Allegra is known for her fashion content, pretty sure she got famous for her changing videos. But the reason why I like Allegra is because of her personality. She posts weekly vlogs that are just so simple and show her personality so well. Some vloggers do vacation vlogs with drones and fancy shots, while Allegra’s are just simple clips of her and her friends hanging out. She is also a Canadian Youtubers based in Toronto, so it’s so cool seeing her around the city. Like I just want to be friends with her.

My Other Favourite Youtuber – Allana Davison

Another Canadian queen. I actually found Allana Davison through Allegra. Allana is also very down-to-earth and super funny. Like during her videos she makes durpy faces and funny noises. Plus I love her cat. Allana posts a variety of videos, ranging from beauty, fashion and vlogs. Allana is also get about talking about Canada things and products, so she feels super relate-able to me. Finally, Allana does simple but cool makeup, so it is easy to recreate her looks. She doesn’t wear crazy falsies so she is very approachable for the average makeup-wearer.

I Always Laugh but also Learn Something while Watching her Videos – Samantha Ravndahl

Guys, I just have a thing for Canadian Youtubers okay? But actually Samantha Ravndahl is amazing. Her humour is so similar to mine, she always manages to make her laugh out loud. Sam is a trained makeup artist, so she does beautiful tutorials and is really good at reviewing products. I find her videos to be very informational. I’ve shared so many of her videos with my friends because she is amazing at explaining. I also recommend reading her description boxes because they’re really funny too.

The First Beauty Youtuber that I Watched – RachhLoves

I found RachhLoves about four years ago, when I really started to get into makeup. I found her because I was looking for some drugstore makeup, and as a Canadian she suggested products I could actually purchase. I find that she is very through in her reviews, and I have bought some many good products from her recommendations.

Queen of Product Reviews – Tati

I known that some shady stuff went down with her and James Charles back in May, but at the end of the day I trust her opinions so much on makeup. Tati is such a great product reviewer. I have bought some many products that she has recommended. She is extremely through, giving wear tests and will often give dupes/similar products for expensive items. A great Youtuber to check out if you are interested in makeup reviews.

Crazy Makeup Fun Girl – Keilidh MUA

I find Keilidh MUA so inspirational. I get so many ideas for makeup looks from her. But she is also so fun to watch. I also lover her Irish accent. I think a big thing is that Keilidh is only a year older than me, so I relate to so many things that are going on in her life as well. Keilidh is great if you are looking just for some fun makeup related videos.

Alexa, Play Glam&Gore

Listen, I am awful at SFX makeup. But I still watch all of Mykie’s (Glam&Gore) makeup tutorials because she is hilarious. Mykie is currently on break, but I am literally counting down the days until she comes back. She is a fabulous storyteller, but also super creative. I laugh the whole time as she does her makeup, and then I am amazed at the end at the final product. Not for the faint of heart, because some of her looks are crazy good. Come back soon Mykie!

Does Tutorials That You Can Actually Recreate – Kathleen Lights

Kathleen Lights does the most beautiful makeup looks and tutorials, but they are actually are pretty simple and easy to re-create. Kathleen also reviews tons of drugstore/affordable makeup, so I can actually afford her recommendations. Plus she is actually the reason I decided to get Boxycharm, because I love watching her reviews of the boxes.

Another Canadian Queen – Alex Centomo

What can I say, I love Canadian Youtubers. Alex is from Montreal, which is where my mom’s side of the family is from. Even though she’s English, she still reminds me of my French Canadian family. I also love her style, I find that is very similar to mine. I also like how Alex is very vocal about mental health, talking honestly and openly about it. She discusses a wide range of topics, so it’s not always the same thing on her channel. I really enjoy the variety.

My Idol, Who I Strive to Be Life – SunbeamsJess

I want to be like Jess. I discovered her when she was finishing up her last year of university. It was motivating to watch her balance Youtube, a blog and post-secondary education. She also discusses a wide variety of things on her channel. She does fashion content, beauty content, book reviews and vlogs. It was watching her that I kind of realized that I don’t have to pigeon hole myself into one niche. I can talk about makeup but also do book reviews at the same time. She also have the most soft, soothing British accent, it’s very calming to watch her videos.

And those are TEN of my favourite Youtubers! Let me know down in the comments below who your favourite Youtubers are!

Product Empties Winter 2019

Hello friends! Today’s blog post I know if a favourite – I am doing a product empties post. I try and do these posts around a few times a year. Most of the products a skin care, but there is some skin care along with two beauty products!

photo 2019-01-18, 10 36 33 am

My first beauty product is a finished an Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz (in the shade Dark Brown). This is by far my favourite brow pencil, but too be far I have never tried the Benefit ones so maybe I should try them. I just find this pencil quick and easy to use, and the shade is the perfect match for me. I have repurchased this item, and I am actually almost out of my current Brow Wiz.

The other beauty product is the Laura Mercier Transculent Loose Setting Powder. As an oily girl, I got through powder so quickly, so it didn’t take me that long to finish this mini. The Laura Mercier powder is a cult classic because it was one of the first really nice setting powders that came out. I got another mini in a Sephora 500 points box, but I am currently testing out a new powder (stay tuned for that).

The first of two cleanser I finished is the Philosophy Clear Days Ahead Oil-Free Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment Cleanser. For some reason they don’t have it on Sephora anymore, but it’s still available on the Philosophy website. This is my current morning cleanser and I have used it for awhile. I really like the orange smell, it helps me to wake up in the morning. I find that it helps keep my face clean overall, but I still get hormonal acne. I think that I will finish my current bottle and then try another cleanser – it’s nice to try new things.

I finished both a mini and a sample of Fresh Soy Face Cleanser. I just love this cleanser for a gentle clean at night or in the shower. I keep on buying this cleanser just because I love how clean my face feels after using this. The cucumber scent is also amazing. I don’t think I could only use this cleanser because sometimes I need a deeper clean, but if you have sensitive skin you would love this for an everyday cleanser. I will continue buying and using this cleanser probably forever.

Next up for skincare is the Pacifica Kale Luxe Oil-Free Multi Cream. It’s funny because I loved this moisturizer all last winter, and then summer came I stopped loving it. I was super oily in the summer so I switched to a different moisturizer. I just recently started using this on my body just to be able to finish it and get rid of it. I will say, if you are looking for a cruelty-free and vegan moisturizer though, this is a good one. Would I repurchase? No probably not again.

The moisturizer I switched to is the Origins Matte Moisturizer. This moisturizer was what I used all summer and fall. It is amazing for oily skin because it hydrates your skin but makes it look matte. It wore beautifully under makeup. I did repurchase this moisturizer, but I haven’t been using it as much lately because the winter weather has made my skin drier. I am sure once the weather warms up I will reach for the product again.

I had a sample of the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask and as soon as my skin started to get drier I used up all of this sample. This product is amazing and I love it. It has a light, gel like consistency, so it doesn’t feel like it is clogging my pores or anything. It you have oily skin but are looking for something very hydrating, I would definitely check this one out. I haven’t repurchased this yet, but I think the next sale Sephora has I will pick this up.

The final skin care product is the St Ives Facial Scrub (they have renamed/repackaged it but I assume the one I linked is the same as the one I used). It’s funny because I didn’t realize how much I liked this product until I tried other exfoliators. I felt it did an amazing job of exfoliating and reviving my skin. I would use it in the shower, because I find it easier to wash of exfoliators that way, and my skin always felt so smooth after. The scent is so amazing as well. I didn’t repurchase this product because I have other exfoliators I want to finish first, but once I finish those I think I will pick this up again.

The final three products are hair care. First is the Moroccan Oil Dry Shampoo in Dark Tones. My mom actually bought me the mini to try, because it said it’s nice to try out new products and I am so happy she bought me this. I was in love with Batiste Dry Shampoo for so long, but I love this one so much more. I think my hair looks a lot nicer after using this dry shampoo – it’s lighter in comparison to Batiste. Also the fact that this dry shampoo is formulated for darker hair means there is no white cast. I purchased a large bottle of this and I am loving it.

Next is the Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair Deep Conditioning Mask. I got this sample in back in my September 2017 Boxycharm and I just finished it now because I wasn’t a huge fan. I used it once when I first got it and then didn’t use it. I am trying to finish open products, so I finished using this sample and I will not be repurchasing. I honestly didn’t notice much of a difference. I have pretty dry ends from years of swimming and drying my hair, so I expect a lot from my deep conditioners. Honestly I see the same results as using my conditioner. Now I do have medium-to-thick curly hair, so maybe someone who has finer hair would enjoy this deep conditioner more. I also know that this deep conditioner is free of a lot of the chemicals found in other deep conditioners. But honestly I don’t want to pay almost $50 on a mask that doesn’t barely anything for me personally. It does smell nice at least.

The final product I also received in my Boxycharm. I received the Marajo Hair Anti-Frizz Serum Capsules in my December box and I already finished all of them. The capsules had the perfect amount of oil, and I found the oil to be very nourishing for my hair. I really liked this oil, but I am not willing to pay $18 USD and however much shipping is for this hair oil. Plus these pods are not that environmentally friendly, so it’s just overall easier to just a different hair oil.

And those were all my empties! I am always down to try new products, especially skincare, so let me you what your favourite products are in the comments!

xoxo

Best Beauty Products of 2018

Hey guys! Decided to do an extra post this week to share my favourite products of 2018. Last year I only had five favourites, and this year I am up to fourteen! These products are not necessarily new this year, mainly products that I got this year and I’ve been loving. A lot of people said that this year was the year of palettes, and I definitely tried a ton. For me, there wasn’t one palette that really stood out and was my favourite of the year – which is so funny because last year I had two palettes apart of my favourites. Without further ado, here are my favourites!

Photo 2018-12-15, 12 20 22 PM

First up, my favourite foundation is all thanks to Kathleen Lights. I heard her rave about the Physicians Formula The Healthy Foundation, so I decided to try it out. This foundation is a light-weight, medium coverage and have a nice satin finish. I was getting tried of my full-coverage-matte foundations, and this was a refreshing change. The shade range is not amazing, but I do like that they have a mix of warm, cool and neutral toned shades. I’m not a few fan of the massive doe foot applicator, but this foundation is nice enough that I look past it. This foundation wears nicely through the day and I just really enjoy how this looks on my skin. AND it’s a drugstore foundation, so the price isn’t crazy!

My only palette for this year is actually a face palette. I got the Tarte Tarteist PRO Glow Highlight and Contour Palette during the Spring VIB sale and I have been loving it. I wanted to try a cream contour and this one has been very easy to use. I have no problems blending it out, and it’s the perfect shade – not too warm, not too cool. I might the bronzer very pigmented, so I don’t use it very often but it’s nice to have in the palette. The highlights in here are beautiful. There are creamy and pigmented, and there is a nice range of shades. If you are looking to try out cream contouring, this is great for beginners and it comes with a bunch of beautiful highlights!

While my favourite foundation is drugstore, my two favourite concealers are high-end. I have two favourites because one is my winter shade and the other is my summer shade haha. The first is the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer. This concealer is a cult classic for a reason. It has a medium coverage, but it can be built up to provide more coverage. I love this concealer because it makes my under eyes look bright and radiant and blends well with my foundation. Some concealers I find don’t blend well with my foundation, so my makeup doesn’t look as flawless. This concealer makes my under eyes look amazing, even during exams! My second favourite is one I have been using for years – I have been using the Estee Lauder Double Wear Concealer before I even started my blog. I recently really got back into using it this year, especially in the summer. This concealer is super long-lasting, my foundation would wear away and yet this concealer would still be in place. This concealer is also great for spot concealing, it does a great job of cancelling out redness. I know both of these concealers are expensive, but they are both excellent concealers.

As an oily girl, I love powder. My favourite I discovered through my best friend. I have just been loving the Cover FX Perfect Setting Powder. This powder is very translucent, it doesn’t change the shade of my foundation. I also love the way it makes my skin look. It gives my skin a beautiful soft finish, and doesn’t make my skin look crazy matte. This powder is just so smooth, I love it. This powder is also great for touch up through the day. Once I finish my mini one I think I might get a full size one. If you are looking for a loose powder, this one is great!

If you read my Best Boxycharm products of 2018 post, then you would know which two mascaras are my favourite this year. The first is the IT Cosmetics Superhero Mascara. The mascara is perfect for when I want big, long, full lashes. The second mascara is the Butter London Double Decker Mascara. This mascara is perfect for when I want nice fluffy, natural lashes. Both are great mascaras that I have been loving.

Now I accidentally photographed the wrong highlight. My favourite, which I know isn’t new, is definitely the Maybelline Master Chrome Highlighter. I have the shade Rose Gold and I love it. I have tons of gold highlights, but this rose one is different that the other highlights that I own. This highlight is just as creamy and pigmented as my Becca ones. The other highlight I have been loving is a mini I got in a set from Sephora by Laura Mercier. This highlight is a beautiful light champagne shade, and I just love how it looks on my skin. I would recommend both of these highlights.

Photo 2018-12-15, 12 32 18 PM

I have four favourite lip products – a balm, a liquid lip, bullet lipstick and a lip gloss. First is the Bite Beauty Agave Lip Balm. This is a thicc lip balm. I use this lip balm when I am in need of some intense lip hydration. What I also like is that the balm is made from food-grade ingredients, and Bite Beauty is a Canadian brand (I love supporting my fellow Canadians). Another product from my Boxycharm was the Girlactik Long Lasting Matte Lip Paint. This liquid lipstick is one of the most comfortable ones I’ve tried. It’s long lasting, matte and budge-proof yet doesn’t leave my lips feeling all dry and gross. I would love to get more shades! Now I totally forget to review the collection on my channel, but I did get some items from Kathleen Lights’ Zodiac collection with Colorupop. The Creme Lux Lipstick in What’s Your Sign was my favourite item. The formula of these lipsticks are just so creamy, and this shade is the perfect slightly-warm nude. My final lip product is the Sephora Collection Outrageous Effect Volume Lip Gloss. This is definitely the best plumping lip gloss I’ve ever tried. It makes your lips tingle a little but nothing crazy that hurts. The shade XXL Nude its a beautiful warm neutral (can you tell what I shade is my favourite).

My final favourite product is actually a pair of lashes! This year I have gotten into wearing false lashes, and PUR PRO Eyelashes have been my favourite. The band is thick but comfortable, and pretty easy to blend in. I just find these lashes so easy to put on, and they look amazing. I have worn them multiple times and they still look good. I definitely want to get another pair!

And these were my favourite products of 2018! Let me know what your favourite products are, I always love trying out new products! I hope you guys had an amazing 2018 🙂

Winter Essentials

Hey guys! Today I am sharing some things that help me survive through the cold Canadian winter. Just a miscellaneous of different things that I enjoy and thought would be worth sharing!

Photo 2018-01-21, 2 30 10 PM

First is a super cozy knit sweater from Forever 21. It gets really cold where I live, so I basically live in knit sweater from November to April. I have been really into turtlenecks, but sometimes they can be really a little too much when wearing a heavy knit. I like this sweater because it has a mock turtleneck so it’s the perfect in between. But ya I’m a sucker for any knit sweater really.

Next it’s important to keep my fingers warm outside, so got to have a good pair of gloves or mitts. My dad got me these ones from The Bay last year and I love them! This year they have a different design but the quality of these mittens are great. They have a fleece inside and then a knit outside to keep my hands nice and warm. Also they’re so patriotic! Highly recommend these for all my fellow Canadians.

I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this before, but the Nivea Hydro Care Lip Balm is my favourite lip balm. I own four of these: one beside my bed, one with my makeup, one in my purse and one in my school bag. And I usually have a few backup ones around the house. What I like is that they are lighter than the regular Nivea light balm, but still give intense hydration. It’s great and I will probably continue using these babies for a long time.

Next is a moisturizer. If you guys remember from my Beauty Empties post, I was looking for a moisturizer that would give my oily skin some hydration but also not break it out. I decided to try the Pacifica Kale Luxe Oil-Free Multi Cream. It is designed for oily and blemish prone skin. I decided to try it because the brand is 100% (and cruelty free!) so it doesn’t have as many bad products that would clog my pores. I have been really liking it! I use a tiny pea size amount and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and fresh! It has an interesting scent, but I like it!

Finally, for Christmas my Mom got me a diffuser! Along with the diffuser my Mom got me some essential oils, and the one I have been using the most is the Immune Antibacterial Diffuser Blend from Saje Natural Wellness. I am always sick, and this blend is supposed to help relieve the symptoms of cold and flu. The combination of eucalyptus, myrrh and cinnamon smell like medicated but I love it! I feel like it helps me breathe much better at night!

And these are my winter essentials! Let me know what you guys like to help you get through the cold winter months!

xoxoxo
